Passports of Schengen visa applicants will be returned after the visa application has been processed. The collection date will be given at the time of the interview or applicants will be notified by phone. Applicants should bring the receipt which was given to them on the day of their interview to claim their passports. Pick-up time is Mondays to Thursdays at 2 pm. Long term visa applicants will be informed by phone or mail when their visa is ready for collection.
Upon passport return, please check immediately (i.e. before leaving the Embassy) the accuracy of all entries printed on your visa and ensure that all original documents are being returned to you, as later complaints cannot be considered.
